Dr. Milstein is a board certified surgeon through the American Board of Medical Specialties.  After graduating from the University of California at Los Angeles, Dr. Milstein obtained his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences at Chicago Medical School.  He gained extensive training and experience in cosmetic, reconstructive and general surgery from residencies at St. Mary’s Hospital in San Francisco and White Memorial Hospital at Loma Linda University.  Dr. Milstein serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California at Los Angeles School of Medicine.
