To further your knowledge we offer classes and events to provide insight and information on how these natural remedies and preventive techniques can enhance the quality of daily living.

Events can be tailored to your individual group. For additional information, please ask to speak with the Spa Manager, who will be happy to coordinate your special event.

Physician supervised RN’s and medical practitioners provide Laser Hair Removal, Photo Rejuvenation, Botox, Dermal Fillers, Non-invasive Chemical Peels, and state-of-the-art Acne and Anti-aging treatments. See our list of Cosmedical services for details. 

Gift Cards
Complexions gift cards make ideal gifts, thank you presents, and employee incentives. Gift cards are available in any dollar amount and may be applied to the purchase of any service or product.
Please note: gift cards must be presented at the time of service, and cannot be replaced if lost of stolen. Gift certificates never expire or can not be returned or redeemed for cash.

Arrive Early
Give yourself ample time to check in–wait time may vary especially on holidays and weekends. Spa services are charged upon arrival prior to services. Please be prepared to present payment at check-in.

Late Arrivals
Late arrivals will result in shortened treatment time. The normal fee for the treatment will remain the same. We are not responsible for delays, due to directions, traffic or other occurrences beyond our control.

Cancellations
Please notify us 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a charge of 50% of the service price. “No-shows” are charged the full price of the scheduled service. First-time services that are one or more hours in duration, multiple appointments, and any spa package, require a credit card to hold a reservation.

Children Services
Children 11-17 years may receive services with parental permission. Children under 11 may receive facials and nail services, make up and skin events while accompanied by a parent or guardian. All children under 18 will be asked to have a consent signed by parents prior to their service. Children cannot accompany a parent that are receiving services, unless they are receiving services as well.

In order to allow our guests to be in "spa mode" while visiting us we ask
• No use of cell phones or electronic devices
• Speak softly using "spa voices" only
• Bathing suits are optional – but do be considerate of others while in general access areas.

Gratuity
Is not included in the price of individual services. Between 15-20% is customary. Envelopes are available before or after your service should you wish to leave one for your service professional.

Communication during massage
Please communicate your preference about pressure areas needing special attention or recent health issues which may affect your session. Feel free to converse with your therapist , or service provider however silence is recommended to enhance the tranquility of your visit.

Accupressure
By applying slight pressure on specific points, accupressure releases tension and allows energy to flow freely. This preventative health technique has long been used by many cultures to release tension and assist the body to work in harmony.

Aromatherapy
A centuries-old technique using pure aromatic plant oils to stimulate the organs and defense mechanisms of the body, wherein essential oils are massaged into the body, to help revitalize, restore, and relax.

Botox
This is a non surgical method of providing for the non invasive treatment of aging. The procedure can be beneficial to those that need help with fine lines. Injections of Botox are inserted into the muscle of the areas that need it, usually the facial areas. This will help the lines to relax and generally lasts for four months. There is no recovery time, it is minimal in payment and offers a fast solution.

Chemical peels
A chemical peel is not necessarily a surgery, but is a cosmetic procedure. The chemical peel can benefit the individual in several ways including through the improvement of scars from acne or to improve the skins elasticity (sagging skin). Common types of them include TCA, Glycolic acid and Phenol. The process will encourage new skin to grow to replace the old, scarred or sagging skin. They are effective, but can be a procedure that has a long recovery period. Phenol peels seem to be the most productive. In addition, a cosmetologist can do a chemical peel rather than a surgeon.

Detoxifying Treatments
Those that encourage the body's natural elimination. By stimulating the bodies lymph and circulation with essential oils, scrubs, dry brushing, and hydrotherapy excess fluid is encouraged back out thru the bodies' natural waste filters.

Essential Oils
Essential oils vary according to the type of plants from which they are extracted. All share remarkable qualities and are easily absorbed to normalize and excite the body's vitality. Because essential oils detoxify, oxygenate, and hydrate the skin, as well as calm the mind and body, they are an added benefit to any skin care treatment.

Exfoliation
A process or application to slough off and remove excess surface skin cells, stimulating new cell growth and turnover, revealing more healthy and vibrant skin. Exfoliation can be done with body scrubs, acids, Microdermabrasion and dry brushing.

Juvederm
This procedure is one in which you can benefit with fewer crow’s feet, better, more fuller looking lips, and by simply helping to remove some of the wrinkles around your face. It uses hyaluronic acid to help in keeping a natural look. It lasts about nine months for some effects, six months for your lips. Juvederm is injected into your face to improve the look for the area. It is not painful and offers no recovery time.

Laser skin resurfacing
This procedure is used to help remove wrinkles and fine lines from the face. It is an alternative to the more complex procedures of dermabrasion and chemical peels. It uses a CO2 laser to remove superficial wrinkles from around your eyes, your lips, your cheeks as well as your forehead area. It can be beneficial with sun damaged areas as well. Those with scaring can be helped as well.
 
Reflexology
Reflexology applies pressure to specific points of the feet and hands to relax and elicit an balancing effect on the rest of the body. For centuries this system has been utilized by Eastern cultures as a diagnostic tool and healing technique.
 
Thermage
This is a procedure that helps to provide the individual with a reduction in the signs of aging. It helps to tighten the skin in the area. It is done with the help of advanced radio frequency techniques. There are no incisions during this time period as well as no recovery time. The procedure will produce a heat that is said to provide for the tightening of the skin. It helps to promote collagen growth as well.
 
Vibradermabrasion
Vibradermabrasion is the new way to do microdermabrasion. Vibradermabrasion Therapy produces exfoliation on any part of the body. The process is fast and very comfortable for the patients and produces exceptional results. 75-85% of the stratum corneum is removed in minutes and prepares the skin for many additional procedures such as Skin Hydration, Non-ablative Light Source treatments (Laser/IPL/LED), Chemical Peel enhancement, Topical Anesthetic enhancement, Levulan enhancement, to name a few.
